About me
Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Todd graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University. He started his career with Fisheries and Oceans Canada in 2004 and has since held various roles within the department, as well as with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the Privy Council Office (PCO). In 2021, Todd was appointed Senior Director, Fisheries Resource Management Operations.
