About me
Rob Freake is originally from Newfoundland and is now living in Nova Scotia with his wonderful wife Christine and Rottweiler Stella. He has worked for the last 19 years with Transport Canada Marine Safety (3yrs in Ottawa, 16yrs in Dartmouth) doing field inspections and is now in management. He has been the Atlantic Canada Fishing Vessel Representative since 2012 and has been working with Indigenous partners in Atlantic Canada since 2014. When not at the office, he enjoys working with wood, most recently making custom cribbage boards.
